Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once the product has been shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible through the website.

Return Policy
Returns and exchanges are available only for selected products. The return eligibility for each product is clearly mentioned on its respective product page.
If reverse pickup service is not available in your area, you will need to self-ship the product to our office address provided by our support team.
Return or exchange shipping charges may apply depending on the situation.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
Products must be unused and unwashed.
Items must be returned in their original packaging with tags intact.
Products without original tags or packaging will not be accepted.
Customized or personalized products are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return or exchange requests must be made within the return window mentioned on the product page. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.
Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected by our team:
If the return is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
